I wanted to share something I’ve learned with you. The ONE thing that made a difference.

Some time ago I got tired of feeling like I was always disorganized in my business.

Call it a “hot mess” or “organized chaos”! Whatever it was, it wasn’t in alignment with the big goals I had set for the future.

I was trying to keep up with lists of paper, notebooks filled with prospective clients and partners names, to-do lists on my phone, a client system through my network marketing company that operated like a dinosaur, a calendar that didn’t synch up, and excel spreadsheets that were not accessible on my mobile device. I could go on and on. It felt like pure chaos and it was bleeding into my business and sanity.

I wasn’t following up in a timely manner, I forgot to send information to people, I lost track of who was where in my pipeline, and when it came time to knock out my daily power hours I felt paralyzed.

Sound familiar? Truth be told… It happens to the best of us.

When I first got started in this industry I had zero experience and was working in a corporate job where we had organized systems for everything since big brother was watching our every move anyway! I realized that if I was going to build a big business I needed to treat it like such!

I figured if I could build an online community from the ground up to 12,000 people there was indeed a method to the madness. This led me to develop a system and process to manage the prospecting to partner process!

After I did that I gained so much clarity on how to accelerate the growth and profitability of my business and it began to duplicate rapidly! After all, that is what this is all about.

I realized that there’s this ONE thing that made such a big difference for me when it came to my network marketing business. I was subconsciously doing it but it suddenly dawned on me how without this ONE thing, everything just falls apart…a process for your pipeline management.

I bet you didn’t guess this!?

Yes, it is to understand every step of the sales process from that first connection to coaching and beyond! If you don’t know what happens next, how can you move them through the process?

Here are some of the ways you can develop a method in the madness:

  • Determine who your ideal client or community is – without this, you will be all over the place with your recruiting and it will impact your success rate.
  • Outline your company-specific prospecting and onboarding process (LOTS more to come here – don’t stress!)
  • Identify how you currently manage your contacts. I switched how I did this at least 10 times since I have started since I developed my signature system I am going to teach you, so don’t worry if you were like me!
